Essiac Blend

A traditional four-herb blend with a long history. Burdock root, sheep sorrel, slippery elm bark, and rhubarb root. Earthy, slightly bitter, takes well to honey. Ten minutes simmered, not steeped.

Available in 50g and 100g tins at the bench, or to take home in a kraft refill bag. Wholesale and cafe enquiries through the journal.
