House Chai

Our house chai is built on an Assam base and spiced with green cardamom, whole cloves, cinnamon bark, dried ginger, and a touch of black pepper. Make as a decoction with milk and water in equal parts, simmer for six to eight minutes, sweeten to taste.

Available in 50g and 100g tins at the bench, or to take home in a kraft refill bag. Wholesale and cafe enquiries through the journal.
